Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their booking up to 45 days prior to the check-in date for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 30 per cent of the total booking amount.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date or for non-arrival.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the cancellation is confirmed.

Payments made via credit/debit card will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you paid via bank transfer or cash, you will be asked to provide the required bank details to process the refund.

3. Changes to Policy

The Wedding Matrimony reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Please review the policy before making a booking to ensure you are aware of the latest terms.
